| 探讨轮胎质量一致性的管控方法。通过分析轮胎各部件质量占比发现，保证胎面、胎侧、内衬层、胎体四大部件的质量稳定性是做好轮胎质量一致性的关键。通过提升设备精度，优化生产工艺，提高控制系统的自动化、精细化程度，提升胎面、胎侧、内衬层、胎体及其他各方面的稳定性，使轮胎质量一致性得到提高，最终达到提升品质、降低成本的目的。 |

| The control method of tire quality consistency was explored.By analyzing the weight proportion of tire components，it was found that ensuring the weight stability of tread，sidewall，inner liner and carcass was the key to achieve tire weight consistency.By improving the accuracy of the equipment，optimizing the production process，improving the automation and refinement of the control system，improving the stability of the tread，sidewall，inner liner，carcass and other aspects，the tire weight consistency was increased，and finally the purpose of improving the quality and reducing the cost was achieved. |
