| Starting from the whole equipment management of tire enterprise，this paper systematically combed the key factors of in the equipment management of tire enterprise，made a brief analysis from six aspects，such as equipment classification，management process，management organization，fault handling process，maintenance classification and management methods，and illustrationed the problems needing attention in each aspect with examples，which had certain reference significance for the equipment management of tire enterprise. |
