研究橡胶改性剂IDH在低滚动阻力轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:在含有天然橡胶(NR)和炭黑的胶料中加入少量橡胶改性剂IDH,胶料的门尼粘度明显增大,门尼焦烧时间缩短,Payne效应下降,损耗因子减小,生热降低;橡胶改性剂IDH对硫化胶滞后损失的改善效果与NR和橡胶改性剂IDH的用量以及炭黑品种及其用量均有一定的相关性;在各部件胶料中添加0.3份橡胶改性剂IDH试制205/55R16 91V轮胎,成品轮胎的滚动阻力下降,耐久性能提高。 |

The application of rubber modifier IDH in low rolling resistance passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that,by adding a small amount of rubber modifier IDH in the compound containing natural rubber(NR) and carbon black,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased significantly,the Mooney scorch time was shortened,the Payne effect decreased,the loss factor was decreased and the heat build-up reduced.The effect of rubber modifier IDH on the hysteresis loss of the vulcanizate was related to the amount of NR and rubber modifier IDH,as well as the type and amount of carbon black.The 205/55R16 91V tire was prepared by adding 0.3 phr rubber modifier IDH in the compound of each component,the rolling resistance of the finished tire decreased and the durability improved. |
