介绍305/70R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的轻量化设计。结构设计:外直径 996 mm,断面宽 303 mm,行驶面宽度 260 mm,行驶面弧度高 11.2 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 241.3 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.795,采用高饱和度公路花纹,花纹深度 19 mm,花纹饱和度 75%,花纹周节数 52。施工设计:采用翼型胎面结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,采用3层带束层+2层0°冠带条,1#和2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,采用一次法三鼓成型机成型、蒸锅式硫化工艺硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求。 |

The lightweight design on 305/70R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structural design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 996 mm,cross section width 303 mm,width of running surface 260 mm,arc height of running surface 11.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 241.3 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.795,using high saturation highway pattern,pattern depth 19 mm,number of pattern pitches 52,and block/total ratio 75%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using airfoil tread structure,3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord for carcass,3-layer belt layer+2-layer 0° crown strip were adopted,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,and 5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,using one-stage three drum building machine to build tire and curing tire by steamer curing process.The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflation peripheral dimension,strength,and durability of the tire met the requirements of the national standard. |
