| 研究降低成品轮胎杂物缺陷的方法。通过炼胶工序增加炭黑杂物高强度磁吸装置和高灵敏度金属探测仪、半成品胶料挤出工序增加胶料杂物预分拣装置和高灵敏度金属探测仪及制定全员参与杂物清扫行动规范，有效降低了轮胎杂物缺陷率和生产成本，提高了轮胎质量和盈利水平。 |

| The method to reduce the debris defects of finished tire was studied.Through adding high-strength magnetic suction device for carbon black debris and high-sensitivity metal detector in rubber mixing process，adding pre-sorting device for compound debris and high-sensitivity metal detector in semi-finished product extruding process，and formulating action specification for all staff participating in debris cleaning，the debris defect rate and production cost of tire were effectively reduced，and the tire quality and profitability were improved. |
