      介绍215/85R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计及三角胶高度优化。结构设计:外直径 767 mm,断面宽 217 mm,行驶面宽度 168 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.42 mm,胎圈着合直径 404 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165.1 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.062 5,采用全轮位轮胎条形花纹设计,花纹深度 11 mm,花纹饱和度 78.56%,花纹周节数 65。施工设计:采用单配方单片挤出胎面,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI/HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法两鼓胶囊成型机成型,热板式硫化机、氮气硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、耐久性能和高速性能均达到设计目标和国家标准要求,三角胶高度为65 mm轮胎的耐久性能更好,胎冠部位充气膨胀更均匀。
英文摘要:
      The design on 215/80R16LT all-steel light truck and bus radial tire and the optimization of the apex height was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 767 mm,cross-sectional width 217 mm,width of running surface 168 mm,height of running surface 6.42 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404 mm,bead width at rim seat 165.1 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 1.062 5,with the design of rib tread pattern for all wheel tire,pattern depth 11 mm,block/total ratio 78.56%,and number of pattern pitches 65.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using one-formula and one-piece extruded tread,3+9×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI/HT steel cord for 3# belt,using single stage two-drum capsule building machine to build tire,and hot plate curing press to cure tire with nitrogen.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard.The tires with 65 mm apex had better endurance performance and the inflation of the crown was more uniform.
