| 介绍265/65R18 114T轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 797.6 mm，断面宽 277 mm，行驶面宽度 205 mm，行驶面弧度高 8.8 mm，胎圈着合直径 461.2 mm，胎圈着合宽度 228.6 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.956，采用对称变节距花纹设计，花纹深度 8.2 mm，花纹饱和度 75.3%，花纹周节数 72。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，带束层采用2＋2×0.25HT钢丝帘线，胎体采用2层1440dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布，采用二次法成型机成型、B型双模液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能、低气压耐久性能和高速性能符合设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design on 265/65R18 114T passenger car radial tire was described.In the strucrure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 797.6 mm，cross sectional width 277 mm，width of running surface 205 mm，arc height of running surface 8.8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 461.2 mm，bead width at rim seat 228.6 mm，maximum width position of cross-section （H1/H2） 0.956， symmetrical and unequal pitch pattern design，pattern depth 8.2 mm，block/total ratio 75.3%， number of pattern pitches 72.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using three-formula and four-piece structure for tread，2＋2×0.25HT steel cord for belts，2 layers of 1440dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass，using two-stage building machine to build tire and type B curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，bead unseating resistance，endurance，low pressure endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of the design and national standards. |
