| 介绍11.4－20 8PR PR-1农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 104 mm，断面宽 299 mm，行驶面宽度 281 mm，行驶面弧度高 28 mm，胎圈着合直径 512 mm，胎圈着合宽度 254 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.55，胎面采用PR-1花纹，花纹深度 68 mm，花纹饱和度 18.2%，花纹周节数 15。施工设计：胎面胶采用水田专用胶配方，胎侧胶采用耐老化和耐屈挠性能良好的胶料配方；胎体采用4层高强度1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，并增加2层930dtex/2锦纶6缓冲浸胶帘布，采用2#普通成型机成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能分别达到相应的设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 11.4－20 8PR PR-1 agricultural tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?1 104 mm，cross-sectional width?299 mm，width of running surface 281 mm，arc height of running surface 28 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?512 mm，bead width at rim seat?254 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2）?0.55，the tread adopted PR-1 pattern，pattern depth?68 mm，block/total ratio?18.2%，and number of pattern pitches?15.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using the special compound formula of paddy field for tread，the compound formula with better aging resistance and flexing resistance for sidewall compound，four layers high strength 1400dtex/2 nylon 6 dipped cord fabric and two layers 930dtex/2 nylon 6 buffer dipped cord fabric were adopted for carcass，and using 2# ordinary building machine to build tire and vertical vulcanization tank to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention and physical properties of the tire met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard respectively. |
