| 介绍295/60R22.5 BY707全钢载重子午线宽基低断面轮胎的设计。通过参考相关规格轮胎数据，确定结构设计参数如下：外直径 920 mm，断面宽 292 mm，行驶面宽度 245 mm，行驶面弧度高 7 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着和宽度 241.3 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.026，采用纵向直沟花纹变节距设计，花纹深度 15.5 mm，花纹周节数 67，花纹饱和度 81%。施工设计：胎面采用全分层结构，胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线，1#，2#和3#带束层采用4＋6×0.30HT钢丝帘线，4#带束层采用5×0.35HI高伸长钢丝帘线，采用一次法三鼓成型机成型，双模硫化机氮气工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求。 |

| The design on 295/60R22.5 BY707 wide base low profile truck and bus radial tire was described.By referring the relevant tire data，the structure design parameters were determined as follows：overall diameter 920 mm，cross-sectional width 292 mm，width of running surface 245 mm，arc height of running surface 7 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 241.3 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 1.026，longitudinal groove pattern with varying pitch design was taken，pattern depth 15.5 mm，number of pattern pitches 67，and block/total ratio 81%.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：the hierarchical design for tread，3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT steel cord for carcass，4＋6×0.30HT steel cord for 1#，2# and 3# belts，5×0.35HI high elongation steel cord for 4# belt，and using one stage three drum building machine to build tire and dual-mode vulcanizing machine nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance met the requirements of national standards. |
