中文摘要:
      研究白炭黑分散剂ST在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在高填充白炭黑胎面胶中加入白炭黑分散剂ST,白炭黑的分散性提高,胶料的门尼粘度减小,应力松弛时间缩短,胶料的流动性提高,Payne效应降低,胎面挤出撕边问题明显改善;硫化胶的物理性能提高;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of silica dispersant ST in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,by adding silica dispersant ST in the tread compound with high content silica,the dispersion of silica was improved,the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased,the stress relaxation time was shortened,the fluidity of the compound was improved,the Payne effect decreased,and the problem of extrusion tearing was obviously improved.The physical properties of the vulcanizate improved.The durability of the finished tire improved,the rolling resistance was decreased.
