| 研究不同比表面积白炭黑并用对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,在高填充白炭黑的配方体系中,通过低比表面积白炭黑与高比表面白炭黑的并用,胶料的硫化速率得到提升,胶料的Payne效应降低,白炭黑絮凝减少,轮胎滚动阻力降低,耐磨性能和抗切割性能提高。 |

| The effect of silica with different specific surface area on the properties of the compound was investigated.The results showed that,in the formulation system of high filled silica,with a blend of low specific surface area silica and high specific surface silica,the curing rate of the compound was increased,the Payne effect of compound was reduced,the flocculation of silica was reduced,the rolling resistance of tire was reduced,and the wear resistance and cutting resistance of the compound were improved. |
