| 全钢载重子午线轮胎活络模具花纹块缺陷会导致轮胎不易正常脱模，影响成品轮胎外观质量，同时缩短活络模具的使用寿命。从花纹块模具设计、加工工艺和维护保养方面分析活络模具花纹块缺陷产生的原因，并提出相应的解决措施，以降低车辆行驶过程中的安全风险。 |

| The defects of tread pattern block in the flexible die of truck and bus radial tire would lead to difficulty in normal demoulding of tire，which would affect the unqualified appearance quality of finished tire and shorten the service life of flexible die.This paper analyzed the causes of the defects of the tread pattern block of the flexible die from the aspects of pattern block mold design，processing technology and maintenance，and put forward corresponding actions to reduce the safety risk in the process of vehicle driving. |
