      介绍700×25C公路车真空轮胎的设计。结构设计:采用光面花纹,胎圈宽度为4 mm,着合直径为620 mm,胎圈采用多段曲线结构。施工设计:胎面采用双配方胶料,胎体采用120TPI单层帘布反包并外贴一层NN60帆布,钢丝圈采用2×7多股Kevlar钢丝,成型采用弹簧反包成型机,硫化采用胶囊硫化。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈水压试验、静态气密性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of vacuum tire for 700×25C highway vehicle was described.In the structure design,by using smooth tread pattern,the bead width was 4 mm,the diameter at rim seat was 620 mm,and the bead adopts multi section curve structure.In the construction design,double formula compound was used for tread,120TPI single-layer cord was used for the carcass,and a layer of NN60 canvas was pasted outside.2×7 multiple strands of Kevlar steel wire were used for the bead.The spring reverse wrapping molding machine was used for molding and the capsule curing was used for vulcanization.The outer dimension,strength,bead unseating hydrostatic test,static air tightness and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
