针对全钢子午线轮胎胎圈钢丝生产过程中出现的钢丝露铜和钢丝散线两种质量缺陷,对胎圈钢丝覆胶配方进行调整,采用增粘树脂Koresin减量替代C9石油树脂,并采用不溶性硫黄OT-20。结果表明,对胎圈钢丝覆胶配方进行改进,可以彻底解决使用原配方胎圈钢丝覆胶在胎圈钢丝成型过程中存在的露铜、散线问题,成品轮胎的胎圈耐久性能提高。 |

Aiming at the two quality defects of wire exposed copper and loose in the production process of bead wire of all-steel radial tire,the formula of bead wire coating was adjusted,less-in-weight tackifying resin was used instead of C9 petroleum resin,and insoluble sulfur OT-20 was used.The results showed that the improvement of bead wire coating formula could completely solve the problems of exposed copper and loose wire in bead wire forming process,and the bead durability of finished tire was improved. |
