      试验研究氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)与不饱和非极性橡胶的硫化粘合。结果表明:HNBR与非极性橡胶直接硫化粘合效果差;天然橡胶/羧基丁腈橡胶并用比为40/60的过渡层与极性橡胶HNBR和非极性橡胶的硫化粘合效果均较好。采用该过渡层后,HNBR与轮胎胎面胶未出现界面剥离,解决了HNBR与不饱和非极性橡胶之间的硫化粘合问题,从而为制造HNBR/不饱和非极性橡胶复合制品奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      The curing adhesion of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)and unsaturated nonpolar rubber were experimentally investigated.The results showed that the direct curing adhesion of HNBR and nonpolar rubber were poor,and the transition layer with 40/60 blend ratio of natural rubber/carboxyl nitrile rubber had good curing adhesion with polar rubber HNBR and nonpolar rubber.By using the transition layer,there was no interface peeling between HNBR and tire tread compound,which solved the curing adhesion problem between HNBR and UPR,so the foundation of manufacturing HNBR/UPR composite products was established.
