中文摘要:
      研究不溶性硫黄Cure Pro在全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用。结果表明,以Cure Pro等硫量替代不熔性硫黄HD OT20,硫黄在胶料中的分散度提高,混炼胶的加工安全性提高,硫化胶的钢丝粘合力增强,成品轮胎的使用寿命延长,生产成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of insoluble sulfur Cure Pro in belt compound of all-steel radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by replacing insoluble sulfur HD OT20 with Cure Pro,the dispersity of sulfur in the compound was improved,the processing safety of mix was increased,the steel cord adhesion of vulcanizate was enhanced,the service life of the finished tire was prolonged and the production cost was reduced.
