| 分析半钢子午线轮胎胎趾缺陷的产生原因，并提出相应解决措施。通过采取轮胎模具钢圈曲线角度和宽度合理取值、应用二次法成型工艺时胎侧宽度减小并在内衬层上预复合胎圈包布或耐磨胶片、二次法成型机采用聚氨酯环式机头、设计合适的钢丝圈内径，合理存放和转运胎坯以及加强工艺管理并提高员工质量意识等措施，可以大幅减少轮胎胎趾缺陷，降低消耗的同时提高成品轮胎质量。 |

| The root cause of bead toe defect of steel-belted radial tire was analysed，and the corrective actions was proposed.By taking measures such as taking reasonable value of the angle and width of the bead curve of the tire mold，reducing the sidewall width and pre-compounding the bead cloth or wear-resistant film on the inner liner when the two-stage forming process was applied，using polyurethane ring head for the two-stage forming machine，designing the appropriate inner diameter of the bead，depositting and transfering the green tire reasonablly，and strengthening the process management and the increasing the quality awareness of the staff，the bead toe defect of steel-belted radial tire could be reduced significantly，the consumption was reduced and at the same time the quality of finished tires was improved. |
