| 针对轻型载重轮胎胎体脱空和帘布脱层问题，对聚酯帘线胎体帘布胶的配方进行优化。结果表明，主体材料采用天然橡胶并用部分顺丁橡胶、增大增粘体系用量并调整炭黑N660和硫化体系用量，帘布胶的生热降低，粘合性能提高，成品轮胎的耐久性能明显提高。 |

| Aiming at the problem of carcass void and ply delamination of light truck tire，the formulation of polyester cord carcass ply compound was optimized.The results showed that，When the main material is natural rubber combined with partial cis-1，2，4-polybutadiene rubber，and the amount of tackifier system wass increased and the amount of carbon black N660 and vulcanization system was adjusted，the heat build-up of ply compound was reduced，the adhesion performance was improved，and the durability of finished tire was obviously improved. |
