介绍225/40R18全天候低断面半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 629 mm,断面宽 242 mm,行驶面宽度 190 mm,行驶面弧度高 5.6 mm,胎圈着合直径 456.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 220 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.023 9;胎面花纹为长型花纹与短型花纹交替的变节距花纹,花纹深度 7.5 mm,花纹饱和度 68.18%。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎侧采用三复合结构,胎体采用高模量低收缩聚酯帘线,2层带束层均采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,冠带层采用锦纶66帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机和氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到设计要求。 |

The design on 225/40R18 all-season low profile steel-belted radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 629 mm,cross-section width 242 mm,width of running surface 190 mm,arc height of running surface 5.6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 456.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 220 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.023 9,using variable pitch pattern with alternating long pattern and short pattern,pattern depth 7.5 mm,block/total ratio 68.18%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using full layered tread,three composite structure for sidewall,high modulus low shrinkage polyester cord for carcass,2 layers of 3×0.30HT steel cord for belt,1 layer of nylon 66 cord for cap ply,using one-step building machine to build tires,hydraulic vulcanizing press and nitrogen curing process to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability and high-speed performance of the tire met the design requirements. |
