      系统分析花纹设计对轮胎多种性能提升的影响,并简述国内外轮胎花纹设计方法的特点及应用现状。轮胎花纹设计方法分为正向设计、逆向设计和3D打印3种,介绍了正向参数化设计的3D建模流程及逆向花纹设计方法的主要步骤和特点。分析近年来国内外关于轮胎花纹的研究以及花纹设计对轮胎噪声、滚动阻力、耐磨性能、滑水性能、侧偏性能和散热性能的影响,指出轮胎花纹设计智能化及轮胎多种性能协同提升的发展方向。
英文摘要:
      The effect of pattern design on various performances of tire was systematically analyzed,and the characteristics and application status of tire pattern design at home and abroad were briefly described. The tire tread design methods were divided into 3 methods of the forward design,reverse design and 3D printing.The 3D modeling process of the forward parameterized design,and the main steps and characteristics of the reverse pattern design method were introduced.The research on the tire pattern and its relationships with noise,rolling resistance,wear resistance,hydroplaning performance,cornering performance and heat dissipation performance at home and abroad in recent years were analyzed,the development trend of tire pattern design intellectualization and synergistic improvement of tire various performances was pointed out.
