      研究了不含锌白炭黑分散剂对白炭黑填充胶料性能的影响。结果表明:白炭黑分散剂FNS-924不含锌,主要成分为脂肪酸和酯类的混合物;随着白炭黑分散剂FNS-924用量的增大,混炼胶流动性提高,加工性能改善;随着白炭黑分散剂FNS-924用量的增大,白炭黑分散性改善,硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度降低,拉断伸长率提高,滚动阻力和生热降低。
英文摘要:
      The effect of zinc-free silica dispersant on the properties of silica filled compound was studied.The results showed that the silica dispersant FNS-924 did not contain zinc,and its main component was a mixture of fatty acids and esters.With the increase of the amount of the silica dispersant FNS-924,the fluidity and processability of the mixtures were improved.With the increase of the amount of the silica dispersant FNS-924,the dispersion of silica was improved,and the hardness,modulus and and tensile strength of the vulcanizates decreased,the elongation at break increased,and the rolling resistance and heat build-up decreased.
