介绍10.00R20加强型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 060 mm,断面宽 276 mm,行驶面宽度 214 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.9 mm,胎圈着合直径 511 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.026,采用大块混合花纹设计,花纹深度 22.8 mm,花纹块饱和度 62%,花纹周节数 39。施工设计:胎面由冠部胶、基部胶和缓冲胶片组成,胎体采用3+9+15×0.20ST钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,2层0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线。采用一次法成型机成型,蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速和耐久性能均达到设计要求及用户要求,且满足国家标准要求。 |

The design on 10.00R20 reinforced truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 060 mm,cross-sectional width 276 mm,width of running surface 214 mm,arc height of running surface 7.9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 511 mm,bead width at rim seat 203 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.026,using large mixed pattern design,pattern depth 22.8 mm,block/total ratio 62%,and number of pattern pitches 39.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread consists of crown compound,base compound and buffer stock.3+9+15×0.20ST steel cord for carcass,3+9+15×0.22 steel cord for 1#and 2# belts, 3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for two 0° belts.Using one-stage building machine to build tire and steamer tyre press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high speed performance and endurance met the requirement of the design and national standard. |
