中文摘要:
      采用有限元方法研究带束层角度、冠带层结构和冠弧尺寸对轮胎接地印痕形状的影响。结果表明:带束层角度对接地印痕形状影响较小;采用肩部缠绕的冠带层结构能够很大程度地改善接地印痕内凹的现象;调整冠弧尺寸能够有效改善接地印痕的压力分布状况;仿真结果与试验结果吻合,接地印痕优化后的轮胎滚动阻力减小。
英文摘要:
      The influence of belt angles,overlays structure and crown arc size on the footprint of tire was investigated by finite element method.The results showed that,the belt angle had little effect on the shape of the footprint.The overlays structure with shoulder wrap could greatly improve the phenomenon of concave footprint.Adjusting the crown arc size could effectively improve the pressure distribution of footprint.The simulation results were consistent with the experimental results. The rolling resistance of the tire with optimized footprint was decreased.
