介绍耐屈挠低气压工程机械子午线轮胎专用胎圈护胶配方的开发。结果表明:通过调整配方和工艺开发的低气压工程机械子午线轮胎专用胎圈护胶配方,在保证胎圈刚性和耐磨性能的基础上,可提高胎圈部位的耐屈挠性能;机床胎圈耐久性试验通过配套要求;成品轮胎配套车辆的驾驶舒适性和车辆振动性通过配套厂的评价测试。 |

In this work, the special bead compound for flex-resistant and low-pressure off-the-road radial tire was developed.The results showed that,by adjusting the formulation and process of the bead compound for the low pressure off-the-road radial tire,the flexing resistance of the bead was improved while the rigidity and wear resistance of the bead still met the performance requirements.The bead durability passed the indoor test,and the driving comfort and vehicle vibration of the finished tire passed the evaluation test of the downstream factory. |
