      研究国产星型支化丁基橡胶S-IIR1451混炼胶的门尼松弛性能、流变性能、硫化特性以及硫化胶的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能,并与进口IIR301胶料进行对比;以S-IIR1451为原材料批量制作了半钢轮胎和全钢轮胎用硫化胶囊进行轮胎生产的实际应用评价,并与IIR301商用硫化胶囊进行应用对比。结果表明:与IIR301胶料相比,S-IIR1451胶料的加工性能相近,但具有更低的挤出胀大比,硫化胶的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能均更优;采用S-IIR1451胶料制作的硫化胶囊表现出更优异的耐热氧老化性能,使用寿命比采用IIR301胶料的硫化胶囊提高20%以上。
英文摘要:
      Mooney relaxation,rheological properties and vulcanization characteristics of rubber compounds,physical properties and thermal oxidative aging resistances of vulcanizates of domestic star-branched butyl rubber S-IIR1451 were investigated,and compared with those of imported product IIR301.Some batches tire bladders made from S-IIR1451 were experimentally applied in semi-steel and all steel tire productions,and compared with those from IIR301.The results showed that the S-IIR1451 compounds displayed lower die swell with similar processibility and vulcanizates exhibited better physical properties and thermal oxidative aging resistance than those of IIR301.The experimental tire bladders made from S-IIR1451 exhibited superior thermal oxidative aging resistance with the service life limit over 20% higher than that of tire bladders made from IIR301.
