| 采用1＋5×0.20UT钢丝帘线替代2层1100dtex/2聚酯帘布用于胎体，成功制备出全钢轿车子午线轮胎。结果表明，采用1＋5×0.20UT钢丝帘线制备的全钢轿车子午线轮胎具有刚度大、强度高、滚动阻力小和成本低的优点，1＋5×0.20UT钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用为成本降低和技术创新提供了新思路。 |

| Using 1＋5×0.20 UT steel cord instead of 2 layers of 1100dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass，an all steel PCR tire was successfully produced.The results showed that，the all steel PCR tire usied 1＋5×0.20 UT steel cord presented high stiffness，high strength，low rolling resistance and lower cost，the application of 1＋5×0.20UT steel cord in PCR tire provided a all new thought of the cost reduction and technological innovation. |
