介绍520×125航空轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径485mm,断面宽105mm,胎圈着合直径289mm,胎圈着合宽度89mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.78,胎冠无花纹。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V1锦纶66浸胶帘布和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布,胎圈采用单钢丝圈结构,钢丝圈采用1.0mm的回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能、重量、爆破性能、动态性能等均满足设计和客户要求。 |

The design on 520×125 aircraft tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 687mm, cross-sectional width 297mm, bead diameter at rim seat 246.2mm, bead width at rim seat 291mm, maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.48,number of pattern 0. In construction design, the following processes were taken: using one formula and one piece tread,4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 dipped cord for carcass ply, single steel ring structure was adopted in bead,using 1.0mm tempered steel for bead wire, and using semi-core building machine to build tire and bladder curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, physical properties, weight, burst pressure, dynamic test reached the requirements of design and customer requirements. |
