介绍12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 078 mm,断面宽 292 mm,行驶面宽度 228 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.4 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 228.6 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.999 6,采用纵向直沟花纹设计,花纹深度 15.5 mm,花纹饱和度 77.3%,花纹周节数 30。施工设计:胎面采用分层挤出,采用4层带束层结构,其中1#,2#和3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、热板式氮气硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能达到设计和国家标准要求,高速性能达到企业标准要求。 |

The design on 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?1 078 mm,cross-sectional width?292 mm,width of running surface 228 mm,arc height of running surface 7.4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat?228.6 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?0.999 6,longitudinal straight grooves for tread design,pattern depth?15.5 mm,block/total ratio?77.3%,and number of pattern pitches?30.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using layered extruded tread,four layers belt structure,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for1#,2#和3# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt,3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire,and hot plate nitrogen press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance met the requirements of design and national standards,high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
