      研究氯化天然橡胶(CNR)对胎圈胶性能的影响。结果表明:CNR并用天然橡胶用于胎圈胶(钢丝包胶),随着CNR用量的增大,胎圈胶的焦烧时间缩短,正硫化时间延长,门尼粘度增大;加入CNR,胎圈胶的硬度提高,老化前后的强伸性能出现不同程度的下降;CNR的加入能够提高胎圈胶与胎圈钢丝的粘合性能,CNR用量为5~10份时的粘合性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The effect of CNR on the properties of bead compound(wire covering)of radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,when CNR was added to NR bead compound,as the addition level of CNR increased,the scorch time of bead compound was shortened,t90 was extended,and the Mooney viscosity increased;by using CNR,the hardness of bead compound increased,the mechanical properties before and after aging decreased at different degrees,the adhesion of bead wire and bead compound was improved,and when the additional level of CNR was 5~10 phr,the adhesive property was the best.
