This paper summarizes the significance of the sensor cable shielding from the view of the signal interference caused by the shielding wire of the connecting cable of the tire run-out tester detector (sensor) during its signal transmission. The significance and common rules of the sensor cable shielding are discussed from a practical standpoint. Through typical examples, two kinds of shielding and grounding methods of cable are introduced, and countermeasures to prevent signal interference to the sensor signal during its transmission are described. |
