      介绍355/65-15NHS 26PR自行式液压模块运输车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 816 mm,断面宽 350 mm,行驶面宽度 315 mm,行驶面弧度高 0,胎圈着合直径 385 mm,胎圈着合宽度 267 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.033,采用横向花纹设计,花纹深度 23 mm,花纹饱和度 80%,花纹周节数 24。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用12层1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布和2层1400dtex/2 V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用指形正包胶囊反包成型机成型、液压胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 355/65-15 26PR self-propelled modular transporter(SPMT) tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 816 mm,cross-sectional width 350 mm,width of running surface 315 mm,arc height of running surface 0,bead diameter at rim seat 385 mm,bead width at rim seat 267 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.033,transversal pattern design for tread,pattern depth 23 mm,block/total ratio 80%,the number of pattern pitches 24.In construction design,the following processes were taken:3 formula and 4 piece structure for tread,12 layers of 1400dtex/3 nylon 6 dipped cord and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2 V3 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass,using finger turn down and bladder turn up building machine to build tire,and hydraulic bladder curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimensions and physical properties met the corresponding requirements of design and national standards.
