| 研究3+9+15*0.20ST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明： 与3+9+15*0.22+0.15NT 钢丝帘线相比,3+9+15*0.20ST钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小, 在破断力／ 帘线直径和破断力／线密度方面具有优势。 以其替代3+9+15*0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线用于12.00R20轮胎胎体中, 成品轮胎的外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求, 强度、高速性能、耐久性能提高, 生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 3+9+15*0.20ST steel cord in carcass of all steel radial truck tire was investigated. The results showed that,compared with 3+9+15*0.22+0.15NT steel cord,3+9+15*0.20ST steel cord possessed higher strength,smaller diameter and cord density,thus had advantages over the ratio of strength to diameter ratio and strength to cord density.Using 3+9+15*0.20ST steel cord instead of 3+9+15*0.22+0.15NT steel cord in carcass of 12.00R20 20PR all steel truck radial tire,the peripheral dimension of finished tire met the requirements of national standards,strength 、the high speed and endurance performence were improved,the weight and production cost were redused. |
