| 介绍21x8-9 14PR SD6000 工业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 535mm，断面宽 200mm，行驶面宽度174mm，弧度高1mm，胎圈着合直径227mm，胎圈着和宽度 152mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）0.85。花纹型号SD6000，花纹深度24.5mm，花块饱和度 72%，花纹周节数26。施工设计：胎面采用二方二块结构，缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，胎体采用6层1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，钢丝圈采用φ1.0mm的回火胎圈钢丝，采用半芯轮式成型机头，机头直径为φ325mm，四立柱硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的外缘尺寸及物理机械性能均满足设计及企业标准要求。 |

| The design of industrial tire of 21x8-9 14PR SD6000 is introduced. Structural design: the outer diameter of 535mm, the section width 200mm, the width of the driving face 174mm, the radian height 1mm, the tire circle the diameter of 227mm, the tire circle and width 152mm, the section horizontal axis position (H1 / H2) 0.85. Pattern model SD6000, pattern depth 24.5 mm, flower block saturation 72%, decorative pattern week number 26. Construction design: tread with two side two block structure, the buffer layer by layer 2 930 dtex/nylon 6 dipped tire cord fabric, tire body adopts 6 layer of 1400 dtex / 2 nylon 6 dipped tire cord fabric, steel wire circle with phi, 1.0 mm tempered bead wire with a core wheel molding nose, the nose a diameter of 325 mm, four pillar vulcanizing press vulcanization. The test results of finished tire show that the outer edge size and physical mechanical properties of the tire meet the design and enterprise standard requirements. |
