      进行了285/60R18低噪声轮胎的设计与开发。结构设计:外直径 791 mm,断面宽 305 mm,行驶面宽度 229.43 mm,行驶面弧度高 10.32 mm,胎圈着合直径 457.6 mm,胎圈着合宽度 254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.035 9,花纹深度 8.5 mm,花纹饱和度 73.5%,花纹周节数 37。施工设计:带束层采用2层2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用1670dtex/2高模量低收缩聚酯帘线,采用VMI一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能符合相关标准要求,噪声达到欧盟标签等级的低噪声轮胎水平。

      The design and development of 285/60R18 low noise tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 791 mm,cross-sectional width 305 mm,width of running surface 229.43 mm,arc height of running surface 10.32 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 457.6 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.035 9,pattern depth 8.5 mm,block/total ratio 73.5%,and number of pattern pitches 37.In construction design,the following processes were taken:2 layers of 2+2×0.30HT steel cord for belt,1670dtex/2 HMLS polyester cord for carcass,and using VMI one stage building machine to build tires,using hydraulic curing machine to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength property,endurance and high speed performance met the requirments of relevant standard,the noise met the low noise level of EU label level.
