      以245/30R22半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,利用Abaqus软件对轮胎进行脱圈阻力试验仿真分析,不仅给出了一套基于Abaqus软件的轮胎脱圈阻力试验的模拟方法,而且提出了轮胎脱圈难易程度的评价方法。结果表明,仿真获得的脱圈阻力与试验结果吻合较好,可以对轮胎的防脱圈性能进行提前预报。
英文摘要:
      Taking 245/30R22 steel-belted radial tire as researching object,tire unseating test simulation based on Abaqus software was carried out,and the solution and evaluation method of tire unseating test simulation based on Abaqus software were presented.The results showed that the unseating resistant obtained by simulation was in good agreement with the experimental result,which could be used to the early prediction on tire unseating resistance.
