| 根据橡胶挤出机的作用及特点，针对生产过程中遇到的超温、熟粒、死胶、脱层和鼓包及气泡五大设备工艺问题进行分析并提出相应的解决措施。研究表明，温度变化是导致挤出半制品出现异常的主要原因，而温度受季节、销钉排布、温控系统和螺杆间隙等多方面因素的影响，需要结合实际综合考虑，制定合理的解决方案。 |
