| 进行12R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的结构设计和施工设计。结构设计：外直径1072mm，断面宽297.6mm，胎圈着合直径570.5mm，胎面采用纵向条形普通花纹。施工设计:气密层采用BIIR胶料，胎冠采用双复合、胎侧采用三复合挤出，胎体采用3+9*0.22W钢丝帘线，带束层采用3层带束层加零度带束层的结构。成品轮胎充气外援尺寸、耐久性能和强度均满足要求。 |

| The design of 12R22.5 tubeless all-steel truck radial tire was described. In the structural design：Overall diameter 1072mm，cross-section width 297.6mm，bead diameter at rim seat 570.5mm，Tread with radial strip pattern. In the construction design: BIIR compound was used for Inner liner，The crown and The sidewall is made of double composite，The carcass is made of 3+9*0.22W steel cord，The Belt is made of 1#、2#、3# and 0# belt. Finished the overall diameter、section width、plunger test and endurance test to meet the requirements of national standard |
