介绍10.00-20 16PR工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 049 mm,断面宽 240 mm,行驶面宽度 220 mm,行驶面弧度高 20 mm,胎圈着合直径 509 mm,胎圈着合宽度 190 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.928,花纹深度 20 mm,花块饱和度 39.5%,花纹周节数 24。施工设计:胎体采用8层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布(6V1+2V2),缓冲层采用2层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布(2V2),采用半芯轮式成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。 |

The design on 10.00-20 16PR industrial vehicle tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 049 mm,cross-sectional width 240 mm,width of running surface 220 mm,arc height of running surface 20 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 509 mm, bead width at rim seat 190 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.928,pattern depth 20 mm,block/total ratio 39.5%,and total number of pitches 24.In construction design,the following processes were taken:8 layers of high strength 1400dtex/3 dipped nylon 6 cord(6 layers of V1 and 2 layers of V2)for carcass ply,2 layers of high strength 1400dtex/3 dipped nylon 6 cord(2 layers of V2)for breaker ply,and using the building machine with semi-drum to build tire,and type B curing press to cure tire.The finished tire test results showed that,the inflated peripheral dimensions and physical properties met the requirements of national standards. |
