中文摘要:
      研究绿色环保型促进剂TBSI替代促进剂NOBS在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用情况。结果表明:在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中,采用促进剂TBSI替代促进剂NOBS,胶料的加工性能基本不变;焦烧时间延长,操作安全性提高;硫化胶生热更低,磨耗性能更好;成品轮胎耐久性能有所提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of environmental friendly accelerator TBSI to replace accelerator MBS in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied. The results showed that,using accelerator TBSI instead of accelerator MBS in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire,the processability changed little,the scorch time was extended and processing safety was improved,the heat build-up decreased and wear resistance was improved. The endurance performance of finished tire was improved.
