| 介绍4×2×0.25HE钢丝帘线的特点，并对其代替5×0.30HI和3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用进行研究。结果表明，4×2×0.25HE钢丝帘线渗胶性能好，压延、裁断、成型工艺稳定，以其替代5×0.30HI和3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎加强层，胎圈耐久性能明显提升。 |

| In this paper，the characteristics of 4×2×0.25HE steel cord was introduced，and its application in truck and bus radial tire was investigated and compared with 5×0.30HI and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord.The results showed that，4×2×0.25HE steel cord possessed good rubber penetration property，and the calendering，cutting and molding processes were stable.Using 4×2×0.25HE steel cord to replace 5×0.30HI and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord in the reinforcement layer of truck and bus radial tire，the endurance performance of bead was improved significantly. |
