中文摘要:
      提出一种轮胎直压硫化创新技术及装备,介绍了关键部件内模直压机构及内模电磁感应加热装置的结构特点和工作原理。利用轮胎直压硫化设备进行样胎批量制作,初步检验设备性能,并对轮胎进行硫化测温试验,结果表明,轮胎上下胎侧、胎圈温差问题得到解决,硫化周期缩短。
英文摘要:
      An innovative technology and equipment of direct-pressure tire vulcanization were presented in this paper.The structural characteristics and operational principles of inner mould direct-pressure mechanism and inner mould electromagnetic induction heating device were described.Mass production of tire was carried out to verify the capability of the new equipment and the curing temperature was measured.The results showed that,the curing temperature difference between sidewall and bead was avoided and curing time was shortened.
