| 研究3+9+15×0.25+0.15ST钢丝帘线在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线相比,3+9+15×0.25+0.15ST钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小,在破断力/帘线直径和破断力/线密度方面具有优势;以其替代7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线用于26.5R25轮胎胎体中,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸基本相当,耐久性能提高,生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 3+9+15×0.25+0.15ST steel cord in the carcass of all steel off-the-road radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,compared with 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord,3+9+15×0.25+0.15ST steel cord possessed smaller diameter and cord density,and thus had advantages of higher rupture strength/diameter ratio and rupture strength/cord density ratio. By using 3+9+15×0.25+0.15ST steel cord to replace 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord in the carcass of 26.5R25 tire,the inflated peripheral dimension of finished tire was similar,the endurance performance was improved and production cost was reduced. |
