介绍50/80R57 ☆☆ E-4巨型无内胎工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 3 556 mm,断面宽 1 270 mm,行驶面宽度 1 080 mm,行驶面弧度高 40 mm,胎圈着合直径 1 444 mm,胎圈着合宽度 866 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.85,胎面采用块状加深花纹,花纹深度 102 mm,花纹饱和度 71.65%,花纹周节数 36。施工设计:采用胎面胶和基部胶缠绕工艺,1#,2#,3#和4#带束层采用7×7×0.25+0.15HT钢丝帘线,5#和6#带束层采用3×7×0.22HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用7×(3+9+15×0.22)+0.20HT钢丝帘线,采用分段法成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。 |

The design on 50/80R57 ☆☆ E-4 giant tubeless off-the-road radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 3 556 mm,cross-sectional width 1 270 mm,width of running surface 1 080 mm,arc height of running surface 40 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 1 444 mm,bead width at rim seat 866 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.85,using block deepened tread pattern,pattern depth 102 mm,block/total ratio 71.65%,and number of pattern pitches 36.In construction design,the following processes were taken:winding process for tread and base,7×7×0.25+0.15HT steel cord for 1#,2#,3# and 4# belt,3×7×0.22HE steel cord for 5# and 6# belt,7×(3+9+15×0.22)+0.20HT steel cord for carcass ply,and using multi-stage building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and endurance performance reached the requirements of national standard. |
