中文摘要:
      对比研究三相合金镀层钢丝帘线与无钴胶料的粘合性能与黄铜镀层钢丝帘线与含钴胶料的粘合性能。结果表明:在初始和蒸汽老化条件下,黄铜镀层钢丝帘线与胶料的粘合力随着铜含量的增大而下降;三相合金镀层中的钴可以抑制老化过程中脱锌的速度,因此蒸汽老化后,其粘合性能保持率高于黄铜镀层钢丝帘线。
英文摘要:
      The adhesion between steel cord with ternary alloy wire coating(TAWI) and cobalt-free compound was compared with those of brass coated steel cord and cobalt-containing compound.The results showed that under the initial and steam aging conditions,the adhesive force of the brass-coated steel cord to the compound decreased with the increasing of the copper content.The cobalt in TAWI could lower the dezincification rate,after the steam aging,the adhesive retention rate of TAWI steel cord was higher than brass coated steel cord.
