      介绍21.00-35 40PR港口工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 2 005 mm,断面宽 510 mm,行驶面宽度 475 mm,行驶面弧度高 45 mm,胎圈着合直径 885 mm,胎圈着合宽度 405 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.931 0,花纹深度 38 mm,花纹周节数 30,花纹饱和度 78%。施工设计:胎面采用3种配方,胎面冠部胶采用缠绕成型,胎体帘布和缓冲层帘布分别采用20层2100dtex/2V1和2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布,成型采用838.2~889 mm成型机成型,单模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎室内试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到设计和相应标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 21.00-35 40PR off-the-road tire for port was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 2 005 mm,cross-sectional width 510 mm,width of running surface 475 mm,arc height of running surface 45 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 885 mm,bead width at rim seat 405 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.931 0,pattern depth 38 mm,number of pattern pitches 30,and block/total ratio 78%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three types of tread formula,the tread crown was formed by wrapping,20 layers of 2100dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 nylon66 cord was for carcass and buffer layer respectively,using 838.2~889 mm building machine to build tire,single mold curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties reached the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
