| 建立了高效液相色谱法测定混炼胶中防老剂4020含量的方法。确定测试条件如下：提取液 乙腈/二氯甲烷（体积比为6∶1）；流动相 乙腈/无水乙酸钠溶液（体积比为4∶6）混合液，梯度洗脱，流速 1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长 290 nm，采用外标法定量。结果表明，该方法在2.0～499.5 μg·mL-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好，检测限为0.1 μg·g-1，定量限为0.2 μg·g-1，样品加标回收率为102.2%～105.4%，相对标准偏差小于5%，能够满足混炼胶样品中防老剂4020的快速检测。 |

| An method for determination of antioxidant 4020 in rubber compound by HPLC was established.The test conditions was determined as follows：extraction solution acetonitrile/dichloromethane（volume ratio was 6∶1），mobile phase acetonitrile/anhydrous sodium carbonate solution（volume ratio was 4∶ 6），gradient elution，flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1，UV detector wavelength 290 nm，by external standard quantitative method.The results showed that，the standard curve was linear in the range of 2.0～499.5 μg·mL-1，the detection limit was 0.1 μg·g-1，the quantification limit was 0.2 μg·g-1，the recoveries was 102.2%～105.4%，the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method met the requirement for the rapid determination of antioxidant 4020 in rubber compound. |
