      本文主要通过胶料的膨胀系数、流道出口水平度、口型的倒角、螺杆转速一些实验和分析,阐述了这些影响因素对胎面口型开型比和挤出部件尺寸的影响,同时通过一些经验分析,得到双螺杆挤出机胎面口型的开型比宽度为0.88~0.92,胎冠厚度为0.75,肩部厚度为0.8,由于膨胀系数的影响,做±0.05的微调。
英文摘要:
      This paper mainly through the glue material expansion coefficient, outlet level, mouth chamfer, screw speed, some experiments and analysis, this paper expounds the influence of these factors to tread the mouth open type than the and component size effect on extrusion, also through some empirical analysis, get the double screw extrusion machine tread mouth extruder die than width 0.88~0.92 and crown thickness of 0.75, shoulder thickness of 0.8, due to the influence coefficient of expansion and + 0.05 fine-tuning.
