比较了TL100树脂和DCPD树脂的化验指标、红外谱图,并研究了两种树脂对胶料工艺性能、硫化性能、物理机械性能及动态力学性能的影响。由化验数据看,两种树脂的软化点比较接近,可推测二者Tg相近。红外谱图显示两种树脂中含有大量甲基、环状等刚性结构,DCPD树脂含有一定量的碳碳双键。动态力学性能表明,使用TL100树脂的胶料滚动阻力低、抗湿滑性能好。 |

Test items and Infrared spectrum of TL100 resin and DCPD resin were compared, and infections of the two resins on compound’s process property, vulcanization property, physical property and DMA were studied. It can be known that the softening points of the two resins are similar by the test data, which can estimate Tg of the two resins are similar. Infrared spectrum indicates that there are a lot of rigid structures in the two resins, as methyl and ring. And double bonds can be found in infrared spectrum. DMA shows that compound using TL100 have lower rolling resistance and better wet traction. |
