研究溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)在载重轮胎抗湿滑胎面配方中的应用。结果表明:在胎面配方中,随着SSBR等量替换天然橡胶(NR)的用量提高,胶料的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度下降,t90下降,焦烧时间延长,撕裂强度下降,耐磨性下降,生热提高,损耗因子tanδ提高;当天然橡胶(NR)/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)并用比为70/30时,硫化胶的物理性能、动态性能和抗湿滑性能好,适用于载重轮胎胎面。 |

The application of solution styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) in the tread compound of wet skid resistance truck tire was investigated. The results showed that, with SSBR to replaced equal weight of NR improved in the tread compound, the tensile stress at 300% strain and tensile strength of the vulcanizes decreased ,t90 shorten, the Mooney scorch time extended, the tear strength decreased, the abrasion resistance decreased, the heat build-up increased, the loss factor tan δ improved; When the NR / SSBR blending ratio was 70/30, the vulcanizes had better in comprehensive physical properties, dynamic performance and anti-wet skid resistance, suitable application in tread of truck tire. |
