中文摘要:
      研究新型加工助剂HPP在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入加工助剂HPP,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间和t90延长,填料分散性提高,加工性能改善,硫化胶的撕裂强度增大,耐磨性能提高,压缩生热降低;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of new processing agent HPP in the tread compound of steel–belted radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by adding processing agent HPP in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,Mooney scorch time and t90 were extended,filler dispersion and processability were improved,tear strength of the vulcanizates increased,wear resistance was improved,and compression heat build–up decreased.The endurance performance of finished tire was improved.
